Visemart currently delivers orders within Pakistan only.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery on orders throughout Pakistan. Customers do not need to pay any additional shipping charges.

3. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days after order processing and dispatch arrangements.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after the necessary order details have been reviewed. Our team may contact customers to confirm their orders before dispatch.

Processing and delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Visemart currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Customers are required to pay the order amount when their package is delivered.

6. Accurate Shipping Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a valid phone number when placing an order.

Visemart is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers.

7. Shipping Delays
